Job descriptionCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Offer guidance and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas (or eligibility to obtain). Proven experience in performing a range of urological procedures. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills. Base Salary : Starting at $500,000 annually. No On-Call Requirements : Enjoy a balanced work schedule without on-call duties. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. Key Responsibilities :
Patient Care :
Deliver high-quality urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various urological conditions.
- Perform both minor and major urological procedures, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
Clinical Services :
Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care in a state-of-the-art clinic.
Administrative Duties :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Collaboration :
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
