Senior Manager of Technical Accounting, CPA

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards and SEC requirements

Provide expert US GAAP guidance on complex transactions and new product launches

Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; active CPA required

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in public accounting with a Big 4 firm

Strong foundation in US GAAP and SEC regulations

Experience in fintech, tech, financial services, or crypto industry is a plus

Demonstrated experience with complex accounting areas
