Epic HB Analyst (Jacksonville)

Overview :

The HB Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing Epic Hospital Billing (HB) systems. This role involves resolving technical and application-related issues, improving workflows, and ensuring the successful design, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of the Epic PB / HB modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and test Epic HB software solutions, incorporating both current and future-state workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in compliance with client change control and change management procedures.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, complex environment while ensuring adherence to project timelines and critical path milestones.
• Participate in 24 / 7 on-call support rotations as required.
• Contribute to project planning activities and manage assigned deliverables.
• Lead and actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and workgroups to support continuous improvement.
