Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Interventional Cardiology

Trinity Health Of New England seeks a  nurse practitioner or physician assistant  to join the  Cardiovascular  team. This is a Cardiovascular Inpatient / Outpatient Advanced Practitioner opportunity in the Hartford Connecticut region.

Join an established and growing interdisciplinary Cardiology team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers focused on patients requiring interventional cardiovascular care including peripheral vascular, coronary, and structural heart procedures.

Daily responsibilities include :

• Inpatient cardiovascular procedural consultations.
• Seeing outpatients in office-based settings throughout the Hartford area, one outpatient center per day with Saint Francis Hospital as the hub.
• Pre and post op evaluations prior to cardiovascular procedures
• Providing same-day access to care.
