Construction Cleaner

Contents Cleaners will be working in their mitigation department. This is a long-term opportunity. Individuals in this role would visit a variety of properties to inspect, document, report, and estimate damage caused by water or fire. Once they inspect the site, they document their findings and report back to the lead. The candidate would be an assistant and report directly to the lead.

Candidates will clean damaged property and items, then document and pack them in boxes.

Core Responsibilities :

Support the restoration division with cleaning and restoration of property and structures damaged by water, fire, and smoke Provide customer service, content cleaning labor, packing of customer contents, site cleanup, and completion of detailed job records Completion of content tasks based on work orders Develop knowledge of cleaning equipment Understand cleaning upholstery, carpeting, and odor removal

Work Environment / Schedule :

Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm Usually, the candidate will work with one other person (lead), but if its a bigger job, they could be in a team. Need to be a self-starter and go-getter They would report at the shop in Plymouth in the morning, then get in a company vehicle (will not be driving) then head out to the job site Will get 40 hours / week and OT is available.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
