Position Summary
Taxwell is seeking a Manager, CRM Data to lead our data strategy and execution efforts powering personalized, scalable, and measurable customer engagement across marketing channels. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring precise, efficient, and data-driven communication with current and prospective customers through the deployment of email and lifecycle campaigns.
Working closely with partners across Marketing, Technology, Product, and Project Management, this leader will oversee the integrity, structure, and accessibility of marketing data while driving automation, scalability, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate is both technically adept and strategically mindedable to translate complex data into insights that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth in a fast-paced, tax-focused environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain dynamic segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Automation Studio for improved efficiency and personalization.
