The contributions you will make : This position is responsible for driving loan growth by leading a high-performing inside sales team that qualifies marketing leads, manages inbound and outbound calls, assists with incomplete online loan applications, and proactively engages both new and existing clients. The incumbent leverages these expertise in sales leadership, lending, and contact center operations to drive loan conversion, enhance client experiences, and support organizational growth targets.
