Job Description

Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: 100% Onsite in Saint Paul

Pay: $18-$22/hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up calls to recent customers who had their vehicle serviced with us to ensure satisfaction.
• Use provided scripts to assess customer feedback and determine if further follow-up by a service manager is required.
• Answer incoming calls to assist customers with information, schedule service appointments, and collect necessary vehicle and customer details.
• Provide accurate estimates on maintenance and repair costs, as well as timeframes for completion.
• Accurately document all call interactions in the system.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related customer service or call center role.
