Job descriptionSchedule : Open- Close Hudson Academy : Continuous Employee professional development. Paid Time Off : Full-time employees can accrue up to 10 PTO days per year. Energetic leader with the ability to develop, motivate and retain a successful parts counter team. Parts Manager with a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Ability to collaborate with other departments and build great teams. Closing skills and a great attitude are a must. 3-5 years of High-volume dealership, Parts Manager experience ( Required ). Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing team. Strong Inventory Management experience and knowledge of Inventory Control.
