divh2Audit Coordinator-Post Audit / h2pThe Proofreader is responsible for conducting quality reviews of all correspondence, such as client letters and emails, ensuring accuracy in format, spelling, and grammar. This includes letter templates and outgoing correspondence in the Pittsburgh Digital Processing Center (such as letters and documents). / ppResponsibilities : / pulliProofreading correspondence letters and meticulously correcting grammatical, punctuation, formatting, and spelling errors (electronic letters and printed letters) / liliCheck letters for inconsistencies and adherence to style guides / liliVerify editable information populated accurately in tables and fields / liliIdentify common errors or trends, provide feedback to improve overall quality / liliSort, count, and proofread printed outgoing letters for quality / liliTrack and report quality data / statistics into spreadsheets and / or reports / liliOrganize and communicate quality results with other departments involved in the quality assurance process / liliWill perform other duties as assigned / liliConduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures, and programs / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliExcellent attention to detail / liliStrong written and verbal communication skills / liliProficiency in MS Word and Excel / liliAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines / liliBachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a related field / liliPrevious proofreading experience - preferred / li / ulpstrongKnowledge and Skills / strong / pulliStrong grasp of the English language and syntax / liliExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within strict deadlines. / liliStrong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and possess excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills / liliExcellent proofing / editing skills / liliExcellent computer competency / liliAbility and desire to accurately perform repetitive tasks / liliMust be able to work under deadlines.
