TrinityRail is hiring an Admin / Kronos Administrator at our Saginaw, TX plant!

The Admin / Kronos Administrator is a non-exempt position responsible for the weekly reporting of hours and earnings for payroll, including but not limited to hours worked, paid time off, and leave of absence.

What You'll Do :

  • Responsible for the overall timekeeping, and hours reports
  • Resolve all timekeeping discrepancies to ensure that weekly payrolls are accurate and within company policies
  • Adjust and edit time according to Supervisors approval
  • Maintains accurate and organized timekeeping records, including administration and maintenance of attendance points notification process
  • Maintain accurate and organized timekeeping records
  • Maintain confidentiality with all employee information
  • Coordinates the administrative activities of an office
  • Helps organize plant activities as necessary
  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial / conflicting
  • Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing, tabulating, compiling and / or posting records and photocopying using an array of business software applications, such as TrinONE, RailRX, Excel, Word, and PPT (Microsoft Office)

What You'll Need :

  • Prior experience with automated timekeeping and payroll, familiarity with Kronos time and attendance system preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 4 years of related experience
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) is preferred
  • Experience utilizing a points-based attendance system, preferred
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension skills, and excellent human relations and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytic, attention to detail, problem-solving, judgment, and conflict resolution skills
  • Punctual attendance
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision while organizing and prioritizing work
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle distractions and interruptions in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, Spreadsheets, typing skills, and 10-key preferred
  • Be a team player willing to help wherever necessary to get the job done. Provide support to other departments
