Skill Required : Strong SQL, AWS Quicksight experience with ETL and some Data engineering experience as well in building pipelines and such, also should have good knowledge of AWS services
Job Description
1. Policy Performance & Validation
Setup baseline for the validation of policies for Insider Risk and Workforce Security including Policy Testing, Efficacy Analysis.
2. Workforce & Identity Intelligence (Human & Non-Human)
1. Workday Correlation : Build pipelines to ingest employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, resignations) and correlate security signals.
2. Non-Human Identity (NHI) Management : Develop a risk-scoring framework for Service Accounts, Bots, and API Keys. Identify "Orphaned" accounts and anomalous NHI behavior in AWS, GitHub, and Datalakes.
3. Privileged Access Monitoring : Create dedicated views for Admin / Super-user activity, focusing on "Privileged Elevation" events and unauthorized access to sensitive codebases.
3. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & GenAI Governance
GenAI Risk Insights : Ingest telemetry from GenAI monitoring tool to identify :
1. Workforce usage of unauthorized 3rd-party LLMs.
2. Instances of PII / Sensitive Code being pasted into AI prompts.
Software & Web Analysis : Correlate "Unauthorized Software" installs with "Malicious Website" visits to identify potential "Hijacking" or "Malicious Insider" precursors.
4. Enterprise Risk Visualization
Unified Dashboarding : Develop and maintain a "Single Pane of Glass" that aggregates the above signals into a business-unit-level risk score.
Persona-Based Reporting : Create tailored dashboards for different personas
