Job descriptionWorking Hours : 3pm-1 : 30am Training - 8am-5pm; M-F Days : Sunday-Wednesday Installation, removal, and maintenance of servers, cabling, and networking equipment Experience with fiber optic technologies and structured cabling (including testing and remediation) Ability to diagnose faulty hardware components and Layer 1 connectivity issues Knowledge of data center rack power and connectivity requirements Knowledge of day-to-day operational support of enterprise data centers Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology Physical ability to lift and move approximately 50 lbs Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Use of ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) Familiarity with data center infrastructure management tools (DCIM, CMDB) Soft Skills :
