Surgery - General Nurse Practitioner

A locum Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is needed to support orthopedic surgery services, including OR assist, inpatient coverage, and evening call. This assignment provides a block of shifts in November and December with limited call responsibilities.

Weekly gross pay is estimated at $7,000 - $8,400 , ranking this role in the Top 10-15% of market compensation for Orthopedic Surgery APP locums. Assignment Highlights

Schedule : Mix of OR assist, inpatient, and evening call shifts

Shifts : 11-hour days (7 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM) plus occasional 13-hour night call

Skills & Experience

Active Idaho PA or NP license (Compact license acceptable for NP)

Orthopedic surgery and inpatient experience strongly preferred

OR assist capability required

Comfortable with Epic EMR documentation

Ability to take limited evening / night call
