Job descriptionExperience in AutoCAD, Inventor, or Tekla software is preferred. Familiarity with conveyor belt design (Belt Analyst software) would be considered a plus. An associate's degree from a two-year college or university is desired but not required. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Must be available to work overtime as required. Compensation would be based on experience. Lincoln Contracting & Equipment is seeking an experienced CAD layout draftsman who is familiar with creating detailed layouts of material handling applications for coal and / or sand / gravel applications. The candidate must be an experienced AutoCAD operator and have prior experience within the material handling industry. Autodesk Inventor experience is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Develop CAD layouts using AutoCAD software to support the 3D modeling process of material handling components, particularly belt conveyors and associated structures / equipment.
