The Work

  • Handle litigation from inception through resolution
  • Conduct client interviews, depositions, discovery, and motion practice
  • Participate in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing legal team

    • The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of insurance defense experience preferred
  • Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
  • Eager to transition to plaintiff-side contingency work
  • Comfortable working fully in-office in Los Angeles and appearing regularly in court
  • Motivated, organized, and ready to take initiative

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $150,000–$200,000 (DOE)
  • Bonuses : Annual performance bonuses + lucrative case origination bonuses
