Engagement Coordinator
Under the direct supervision of the Engagement Manager, the Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all Engagement programs and initiatives, including DEIA, talent engagement, corporate social responsibility, and guest experience in collaboration with the Engagement Manager and the Director of Engagement.
The ideal candidate possesses energy and enthusiasm regarding people and culture and demonstrates competency, creativity, and the ability to move fast, think globally, navigate ambiguity, build solid relationships across multiple teams, and execute effectively.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Develop a general understanding of the overall strategy for the Center's DEI program
- Assist in coordinating activities on behalf of the Center at functions aimed at building MWDBE participation and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in compiling data, reports, and analyses to support the success of DEI programs, training, and related certifications
Talent Engagement
Represent the Engagement Department on the Culture Committee and support the committee's programsAssist in developing, designing, and posting content for PCC internal messaging in collaboration with the Director of Engagement and the Director of Marketing and CommunicationsDevelop and maintain the annual awareness and initiative calendar, recognition platformsContributes to the ideation and rollout of recognition initiatives aligned with company culture.Works closely with the Engagement Manager on team training to include, but not limited to, hospitality and DEIA best practices to promote an inclusive culture and drive engagementOther duties as assignedGuest Experience
Support all customer and guest experience efforts with a focus on the proper techniques, training, servicing, and protocols required to ensure exemplary guest and customer satisfaction, and ensure PCC quality standardsSupport the management of customer feedback by assisting in its collection, analysis, and dissemination through various channels, including surveys, internal reporting, direct observations, and one-on-one engagementsAssist in the event donation process, inclusive of the coordination of staging and pick-up, as well as identifying potential donation recipientsAssist in the coordination of the customer gift programWorks with the PHLCVB to manage the deployment of the concierge kiosk / desk for designated events. Inclusive of managing the concierge inventory, coordinating the work orders for the kiosks / desks, creating the signage for the kiosk and / or desk, and ensuring all pertinent materials are available at the deskAnswer inquiries from guests and customers and / or refer them to the proper department.Support cross-departmental coordination during high-volume events to ensure a seamless guest experience.Other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities
