Account Executive – Fully Onsite Role in San Diego, CA

Term : Full-time / Direct hire

Location : 5 days onsite in San Diego + occasional travel

Salary : up to 120k in base DOE + OTE / Commission + benefits

What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end sales process : enterprise prospecting, consultative discovery, solution development, closing, and long-term relationship management
• Partner closely with leadership to shape sales strategy and expand market share
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and life sciences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
