Position : Associate Attorney – M&A / Corporate Transactions

Location : Madison, NJ (Hybrid)

A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate Transactional team. Key Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate disputes.
• Provide counsel on joint ventures, purchases and sales of businesses, and other transactional matters.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including license agreements, supply and distribution agreements, services agreements, operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and executive employment agreements.
