Survivability Engineer / Principal Survivability Engineer (Level 2 or 3)

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of Tier 0 2 diagnostic RCS / RF tests, data analysis and engineering support working with leadership across multiple projects to ensure efficient and accurate signature characterization. The roles you will support will drive development activities and fulfill contractual requirements, including some of Northrop Grumman's cornerstone activities.

Responsibilities will include :

• Operating and maintaining Tier 0 2 RCS testing / inspection tools for signature characterization and diagnostics.
• Designing, planning, and executing RCS / RF tests, to include determining test requirements, testing methods, equipment / measurement selection, test setup, and pre / post test reporting.
• Analyzing system and component test results, working with program survivability personnel to determine compliance to signature requirements, evaluating design trades, and making recommendations for materials, composites, and other aspects of survivability performance.
• Present to the customer and NGAS leadership on risks and planning.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors, and bring them into compliance for Program support.

Primary Level Salary Range : $89,400.00 - $134,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $104,600.00 - $157,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
