Skilled Carpenter - Hernando and Pasco County

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of carpentry techniques and be able to work efficiently and independently while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.
• This role requires expertise in both residential and commercial carpentry projects, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and furniture building.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for construction projects.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, and trim.
• Build and install frameworks and structures, including partitions and staircases.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet design standards.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Perform finishing work like sanding, painting, and staining when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and repair carpentry-related issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Skilled in both rough and finish carpentry.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
