About The Position

Catalytic Solutions has partnered with schools in Aurora, CO 80010 . We are seeking two full-time (37.5 hrs / week) and one part-time (18.75 hrs / week) Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position : Speech-Language Pathologist

Schedule : Day (5x7.5 hrs) | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Bill Rate Range : $74–$78.50 / hr

Hours : 37.5 hrs / week (full-time) | 18.75 hrs / week (part-time)

Weekly Pay Range (Full-Time) :

$74 × 37.5 hrs = $2,775 / wk

$78.50 × 37.5 hrs = $2,943.75 / wk

Assignment : 40 weeks

Caseload : Preschool / Elementary (Ages 3–5)

Licensure : Colorado State SLP license

Certification : Colorado Department of Education certificate (pending accepted)

Requirement : CCC-SLP

The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for early childhood students with communication disorders, develop IEPs, collaborate with teachers and specialists, and maintain accurate documentation. Services are primarily classroom-based with strong team collaboration.
