Were hiring Bilingual (Spanish / English) Insurance Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, youll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with insurance quotes, policy changes, and billing questions, and sell and cross sell multiple products including auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance.

Responsibilities

Answer and make calls to assist customers in English and Spanish

Provide quotes, process policy changes, and resolve billing inquiries

Sell and cross sell auto, home, renters, life, and commercial insurance

Follow up on leads provided by the company and close sales

Document all client interactions in our CRM system

Meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish / English required

Excellent phone communication and listening skills

Call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred (not required)

Ability to learn quickly and follow proven sales processes

Property & Casualty license a plus, we offer paid licensing support

Base pay $17 / hr plus commission and bonuses, top performers average $25$35+ / hr
