Job Title : Journeyman Electrician

Location : Jacksonville, Florida

Compensation : $30.00 – $34.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary :

The Journeyman Electrician performs electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on industrial projects. This role requires hands-on expertise with industrial electrical systems, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively under the guidance of a foreman or project supervisor.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, motors, controls, and lighting.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work is performed according to NEC standards , company policies, and client specifications.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on electrical equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; comply with all OSHA and safety regulations .
• Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
• Assist with start-up, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems as needed.
