Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of excavation-focused construction projects within their assigned crews, from initial planning through project closeout. This role requires strong leadership, field coordination, and technical expertise in earthwork operations. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage daily operations of excavation and earthwork projects, including site grading, mass excavation, trenching, utilities, and soil stabilization.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, manpower estimates, and equipment utilization strategies.
• Review project specifications, plans, and civil drawings to ensure scope accuracy and constructability.
