Job Summary :
The Credentialing & Onboarding Specialist manages provider credentialing and recredentialing, leads onboarding from start to finish, and maintains accurate personnel records while transitioning paper files to electronic systems.

Required Skills / Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.? Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.? Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.? Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.? Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.? Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. ? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Indeed, LinkedIn, and / or related software.
Education and Experience :
Required : Associate's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, OR 4+ years of HR experience.? Strongly Preferred : Experience with maintaining the onboarding and credentialing of a 400+ employee organization.? Preferred : SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.? Prolonged periods of standing and interacting with potential employees and managers.Must be able to lift 15-25 pounds on a regular basis with infrequent lifting of 50 pounds.
