As an Overnight Retail Merchandising Team Supervisor, you will deliver essential merchandising support to retailers, ensuring they meet the needs of shoppers. This includes creating engaging product displays, resetting shelves for optimal rotation, and managing inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also assist in training and guiding new team members, scheduling shifts, and providing leadership support through reporting. Now, about you :

  • Enthusiastic and friendly, with strong communication skills for interacting with customers and management
  • At least 18 years old
  • Capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to commute to work
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred
  • Experience in leading and training teams
  • Proficiency in using a smartphone or tablet for work documentation
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented individual with a results-driven mindset
  • Able to work independently while fostering strong team collaboration
