Job descriptionActive Physical Therapy license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain before start date) Physical Therapy Degree Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence Provide hands-on therapy and guided exercises Educate patients and families on safe movement and home programs Work closely with the care team to support patient goals Track and document progress in patient records
