We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic care team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a supervising physician to manage several onsite clinics, providing virtual medical care . The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel (up to 25%) within West Texas to support onsite clinical operations. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who will work closely with a supervising Physician to manage several separate onsite clinics and care for patients. It will consist of a combination of virtual and in-person medical care. The key objective is to develop positive relationships with patients through protocol driven care, health coaching, disease management, preventative screening and education. The NP will also help with urgent and emergent matters.
