Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor – LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC

Location : Pasadena, CA | Full-Time, Onsite (Monday–Friday)

Salary : $100,000–$110,000 per year + full benefits

A well-established nonprofit organization with over 25 years of experience providing behavioral and child welfare services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join its leadership team. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who is passionate about supporting youth and families while guiding and mentoring clinical staff.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor pre-licensed clinicians and support staff
• Provide program leadership with clarity, structure, and accountability
• Ensure clinical documentation meets DMH and agency standards
• Train staff on progress notes, workflows, and coordinated care practices
• Analyze clinical data to identify trends and improve service quality
• Oversee use of electronic health records and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain effective communication between field staff and leadership
• Support crisis situations and foster a safe, collaborative environment
