Compensation:$100,000+
Responsibilities:- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
- Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
- Conduct professional listing consultations to understand homeowner goals, timelines, and pricing strategy.
- Prepare and present high-impact listing presentations backed by Tillung Tampa Bay’s proven systems.
- Manage every step of the listing process—from pre-listing preparation to close—with precision, communication, and clarity.
- Coordinate with marketing, media vendors, and support staff to launch listings with world-class exposure.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing insights, staging, and property preparation to maximize value.
- Negotiate offers and inspection terms with confidence, strategy, and professionalism.
- Deliver a concierge-level client experience that is transparent, proactive, and results-driven.
Qualifications:- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Currently licensed in real estate
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
