Key Responsibilities

10+ years of experience in product design with a focus on consumer-focused digital experiences

5+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more, including principal and staff level designers

Proven track record of driving strategic business outcomes through design in the healthcare sector

Expertise in integrating AI and automation into design workflows and product experiences
