BODY20, the fastest growing fitness concept in the US, is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our highest performing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• The Studio Manager works directly with Owner in support of studio operations and profitability
• Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
• Attend all directed monthly meetings
• Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
• Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 biweekly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
• Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Past Due Account Procedures, Customer Care calls, etc.
• Plan, attend and promote 5-7 special events for the studio monthly
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
