Job description
Business Development ExecutiveNuWest Group Holdings is looking for smart, motivated, hard-working, results-oriented individuals to help expand our staffing business. This position is a fantastic opportunity to jump-start your career that will offer endless growth and opportunity!PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospect new clients to generate new business leads.Develop a network of business accounts that generate new client agreements.Work directly with Account Managers to ensure client management is in place.Develop and implement sales pipelines.Negotiate master agreement terms.Generate strategic business partnerships with new clients.Assist in maintaining written correspondence with clients.Be actively involved in seeking out new methods for business development.REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience Requirement(s):Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Liberal Arts or related fieldsStrong desire to work in the recruiting, sales, or human resources industryStrong interest in working with people at different professional and educational backgroundsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent Written and Verbal Communication SkillsAbility to connect and build strong relationships with clients and internal teamsHigh level of flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and business needsStrong negotiation skills and ability to influence High level of business acumen and organization Available to support client after hours/weekends as neededMeticulous and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to accurately attend to multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in all MS Office programsProfessional business communication experience preferredInnate aptitude for problem solvingAbility to work both quickly and accuratelyAbility to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgencyStrong customer service skillsTeam player attitude50% TravelCompensation:Base Salary: $60,000-$95,000/yearEligible for uncapped commission structureBenefits:Medical, Dental, VisionLife, LTD, Accident InsuranceEAP, Pet Insurance, Legal Insurance401(k) Retirement AccountPaid Time Off10 Vacation Days/year2 Floating Holidays/yearHolidays (8 days)80 hrs (10 days) Sick LeaveNuWest is an equal opportunity employer.
