A company is looking for an HR Systems Administrator (Remote, Contract only).
Key Responsibilities
Provide system administration and technical support for HR systems, ensuring effective operations and troubleshooting issues
Participate in project execution, including requirements definition, vendor management, testing, and change management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation for HR systems processes and training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, related business / technical degree, or equivalent experience
6-10 years of experience in HRIS, IT, or HR roles within large corporations
Comprehensive HR systems expertise, preferably with UKG workforce management
Experience with project management and software-as-a-service implementation methodologies
Applied knowledge of HR transactions involved in talent management and total rewards processes
