Position Summary
The Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect the organization's information systems and networks. They develop and enforce security protocols, lead incident response activities, and troubleshoot complex security issues. The engineer collaborates with other IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system configurations and stays updated on emerging threats and security technologies. Additionally, they will participate in securing the SaaS applications and platform, focusing on control within the development pipeline, and security of Dynatron’s cloud platforms.
What You'll Do :
Develop, implement and update security protocols
Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to design secure system and infrastructure architecture aligned with organizational goals
Evaluate, configure, and lead deployment of cybersecurity solutions, providing oversight and SME guidance for all technologies that impact security posture
Lead incident response and event investigation by troubleshooting complex security and infrastructure issues providing technical expertise to resolve vulnerabilities and prevent future incidents
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to embed security into the software lifecycle (DevSecOps) and CI / CD pipeline
What We're Looking For :
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in cybersecurity engineer roles
Proven experience in incident response, threat intelligence and digital forensics
Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and endpoint security configurations
Experience with cloud security and application security
Experience with security frameworks such as NIST and SOC2

Compensation :
Base Salary - $110,000
Variable Bonus - 5% of base salary
