Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between the company and our clients. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys maintaining long-term relationships. You will play an essential role in ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating account needs, and supporting internal teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
Address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of requests
Coordinate with internal departments to support account needs
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for improvement
