What You'll Do :

Control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and / or contractors.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain security-related protocols.

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and / or actions taken during the shift.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate any security-related issues or concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
