Process Engineer - Mexico, MO (USA)

This is a salaried exempt position.

Main Responsibilities :

• Comply fully with local and ADM's safety regulations / standards and promote safety culture. Help ensure the department meets goals for (process) safety and health, environment, product quality, quantity, processing, costs and effectiveness
• Initiation, development and execution of process improvements and approved capital projects in close cooperation with key stakeholders within agreed budget and time
• Support day to day process activities
• Ensure full compliance with ADM project guidelines during project execution
• Ensure all process improvement projects comply with SHEQ requirements
• Liaise with CAPEX lead to supply required data, manage the database as well as draw learnings and benchmark opportunities
• Remains current with key process technology developments and equipment suppliers
• Report project status in agreed format and frequency

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
