Managed Services Practice Lead

A company is looking for a Managed Services Practice Lead to oversee a remote team and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in requirements gathering and provide recommendations and solutions to clients

Lead architecture and design of new IAM solutions and programs across multiple technologies

Manage practice operations, including project oversight and team performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field

IT certification is a plus

5+ years of experience with IAM implementation and architecture

5+ years of experience in security consulting or information technology
