Claims Supervisor with Adjusters License

A company is looking for a Claim Supervisor - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise adjusters and handle complex claims within the self-insured liability program

Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to service standards

Interact with various stakeholders and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Seven (7) years or more experience in casualty claims and handling large complex cases

0 to 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

Comprehensive understanding of Property and Casualty claims regulations in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico

Other Adjusters License preferred, to be obtained within 45 days
