About The Position

License : ARDMS Certification Required

Certifications : ARDMS AB, ARDMS BR, ARDMS OB / GYN, BLS, RDCS - RVT

Must-Have :

Multi-skilled and multi-certified by ARDMS in as many areas as possible, including AB, OB / GYN, Vascular, and Breast.

Description :

The Ultrasound Tech position offers a 12-week contract with the option to extend.

Candidates must possess multi-ARMD certifications in various specialties.

Shifts are scheduled for 5 days a week, from 08 : 00 to 17 : 30.

A minimum of one year of experience in the field is required.

The role involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to :

• First Trimester and High-Risk OB
• Abdominal Aorta and Gallbladder Imaging
• Breast Ultrasound and Breast Cyst Aspiration
• Peripheral Vascular Studies including Carotid and Lower Extremity
• Renal and Bladder Imaging
• Pediatric Abdomen / Pelvis
• Ultrasound Guided Biopsy and Fine Needle Aspiration

Candidates must have the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment, collaborating with various healthcare professionals.

This role may require floating within the facility as needed, based on patient care demands.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing patient care across different age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations are essential for success in this position.
