POSITION PURPOSE :

The Service Team Member ensures "Best in Class" customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities include helping prepare delicious food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting / helping customers with their orders, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, handling payment / cash transactions accurately and professionally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but not limited to, the preparation / assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa / dressing, and condiment packing.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE / CERTIFICATIONS :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the job. Certifications :

Obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire, adhering to EPL policy and state regulations.

Education / Work Experience :

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
