What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter security-related risks and report any unusual circumstances.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or maintenance needs as observed during patrols.Support emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.What We're Looking For :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.Must be at least 21 years of age.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
