Must-Have Skills :

• Strong experience owning end-to-end SOP development and governance across People Ops domains (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear, scalable workflows, partnering with COEs, SMEs, and People Tech.
• Hands-on experience driving operational readiness, testing alignment, documentation updates, and cutover support in large programs.
