Job descriptionHas hands-on experience working with children ages 3 to 5 in a preschool or early learning setting (minimum 2 years preferred) Preferred : Holds or is working toward a CDA, Associates, or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Loves creating a joyful, structured, and inclusive environment where children can learn through play Works well with others, communicates openly, and values strong relationships with families and colleagues Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning in all developmental areas Support each childs individual needs while encouraging group collaboration and independence Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Foster open communication with parents and caregivers about each childs development and classroom experience Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Winter Break!
