A company is looking for a Billing & Backoffice Operations Coordinator to support its operations team in managing administrative workflows and revenue cycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, data entry, and clinician support
Oversee billing workflows and support revenue cycle management (RCM) activities
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all payer requirements while providing support to clinicians and patients
Required Qualifications
1+ years of healthcare administration experience
Previous billing experience, including insurance claims and RCM workflows
Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology, including EMRs and billing software
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
