Job Description
The Food Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting in preparing and distributing food / beverage meal services on a daily basis.
They assist patients with menu requests, represent the department in a professional manner, and ensure the safety and sanitation of the kitchen area in compliance with regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities include preparing kitchen production sheets according to patient preferences, assisting with staff meals and catering needs, and utilizing the patient EMR to follow prescribed therapeutic diets.
