Production Operator 1st Shift (Commerce, GA)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations at our Commerce, GA facility. If you enjoy working with machines, take pride in producing high-quality products, and want to be part of a team that values teamwork and safety, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion, lamination, and rewinding equipment to produce finished goods.
Perform quality checks and make adjustments to maintain product standards.
Load raw materials, record production data, and keep the work area clean and safe.
Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly.

What You Bring

Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment (4+ years preferred).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work safely in a fast-paced setting.

A high school diploma or GED; technical or trade training is a plus.

Bonus points for prior experience with extrusion processes or plastics / adhesive materials .
