Join Spread Your Wings, LLC – ILS Services and empower adults with developmental disabilities to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives. We're looking for dedicated Life Skills Coaches to support clients in the Garden Grove, Anaheim, Buena Park, Westminster, Orange, Fountain Valley, Brea, Stanton, and Santa Ana areas.

Pay & Perks

• $21.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)
• Flexible scheduling – up to 40 hours / week based on client needs
• Typical hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM
• Paid vacation & accrued sick leave
• Mileage reimbursement + monthly cell phone stipend
• Team mentorship, training, and career growth opportunities
